We are currently looking for qualified, motivated individuals to operate one of our three different types of machines on 1st Shift.
 
Job Duties include but not limited to:
-Verify production menu specifications
-Set up machine per product specifications
-Monitor quality concerns during production, making adjustments to the equipment and components as needed.
-Documentation for HACCP, Down Time Log, Rework Usage Log, lot tracking and traceability for collagen and meat vats.
-Perform sanitation duties
-Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as required.
-Provide backup assistance to other department personnel as needs dictate.
-Perform all other duties as assigned.
